5th Grade Science!

I teach all of the 5th Grade Science classes! I love teaching Science and strive to make it fun and meaningful for my students. We do many hands on experiments and projects in order to better understand scientific concepts.  Students will make study cards and put them on a ring  to help them study for each Science test. Please look for those to come home several days before each test.  Two of my favorite Science events are our Star Gazing Party in the fall with the help of the Brookings Astronomy Club and the Mobile Science Lab visiting our school!
